Despite the fact that we create our own patterns, most people are unaware they exists. The patterns become so much a part of us we no longer recognize them as being destructive and easily eliminated.
As humans we have Read the rest of this entry

In ancient times legend spoke of life extension therapies whereby the elderly could engage in certain treatments that would transform and rejuvenate every cell in the body from old and toxic to youthful and vital. These treatments, known as Panchakarma, have been shown to create measurable brain wave coherence and to lower metabolic activity. They allow the body and mind to drop into a profound level of peacefulness. In this state of relaxation, it is possible to cleanse toxins from tissues as well as to release deeply held emotional tensions. Panchakarma puts into motion a deep transformation on the level of the body mind and spirit. Studies show that 80% of disease is caused by stress. When under stress, the body stores toxins and emotions deep in the fat cells. For these toxins to be released the body must be convinced that life is not an emergency and it is okay to burn the stored fat. Recent research on Panchakarma has shown that 14 of the most common cancer causing chemicals were detoxed from the body’s fat cells during the Panchakarma process and continued to detox for 2.9 months after the Panchakarma was completed.
